I’m a side sleeper that rotates sides. I get hip pain on just one side. Would the pillow in between the knees fix this?

Great question! Definitely try the hip stretches and exercises we list in the free resource guide (linked below). The pillow may or may not help that. What about painful pressure on the whole body? Firm mattresses seem to force the body into unnatural positions causing numbness and tingling, and lasting pain after waking.

Not sure what you mean "painful pressure on the whole body." Without seeing you in person, it's hard to tell. This video is just going over what works for the majority of people. Going off generalizations and what's most common, which honestly is very hard with health. I definitely recommend seeing a good chiropractor in person. After an examination, they can recommend what would be best for your individual needs. Hope this helps! -Dr. Matt
