(I speak Spanish) This video is the best recommendation KZbin has given me in a long time. Fabulous. I also suffer from that problem; Shyness. At 26 years old, I've only had one relationship (which ended very badly) and my social circle is almost non-existent. I would love to turn that around and socialize more to make meaningful friendships. Thank you for the excellent content.

I recently got my crush a very beautiful Val's day gift and till now apart from texting her on our company's platform. We haven't talked since. Apart from not having much time, I think my issue is overthinking and my mind races a lot.. It's really tough talking about this. Sigh ☹️ ☹️

I've been getting phone numbers on a constant basis just by opening with a simple "how are you doing today?" then they respond whatever and I just say "hey btw my name is Jose" and that's it. The last girl I got a number from talked for some 40 minutes straight and just by me asking questions, she gave me the ammo I needed to build rapport with her. Then at the second time we bumped into each other (we donate plasma regularly at the same donation center) I asked straight up if she wanted to chat a little more over a quick bite and a drink at the peruvian restaurant across the street. The technique I use is a very simple one applied in the military. When you fall into an ambush, the only way to survive is pushing forward toward the enemy with decisiveness. I tell myself " hey if you don't talk to her now, you'll never get a second chance, and you're gonna die in this ditch" . Little mental hack that makes spring into talking to her. I hope this helps some of you. I love your content, Jess!
