Best West Valley City in Phoenix, Arizona

I live in Surprise Farms and have friends from church that live in Marley Park so I can attest to the master planned community feel. Growing up in Kansas City it's definitely a plus to be able to now see the Royals in Spring Training every year. It's definitely a great place to raise a family and has just about all of the main retail establishments you need. I also recommend joining Costco as you will not only save on gas but the lines are not as long as expected.

Goodyear’s Palm Valley is the area I would choose if I had to live on the west side. I just find that most of the things I do are on the east side.

Yeah, East valley has the best things to do. Whereas the west valley has more affordable housing and communities

I like how you present the west valley I live in Avondale rancho Santa Fe where the prices for home are $500 or $600 thousand I like my area closer to downtown Phx or Scottsdale and Tempe or the stadium and Glendale Very nice areas

I’m fine with them coming as long as they remember the reasons they left CA!
