Yes thats correct spf 30 offers 97% protection and spf 50 offers 98% protection just 1% difference but still its recommend to use spf 50 if your sun exposure is high.

Actually spf 30 is enough it gives 97% protection but the issue is we are not using the recommended amount of sunblock and the recommended amount is two finger rule ( sunblock on your index and middle finger )in other words you can say 1/4th of teaspoon.

The Miss Rose concealer is absolutely amazing, and I’m using Meclay’s conditioner. It looks like Sunsilk, but the texture is completely different. The fragrance oh my God, I can’t even describe it! Spf 30 is not infective sun protection. It is reasonable for our exposure.... but dermatologist prescribe 60 50.or more because they r facing skin with issues ... more then 60 or so is just marketing gimic...any how in summers one has to reapply the sunblock ..so even 30 works gr8 if formula suits u
