I’m transferring to IU for the upcoming spring semester and after watching your video, I’m definitely going to check those apartments out. Thank you for sharing!

I had a very bad experience with neighbors from India who were computer engineering students. They seemed so nice in the beginning when it was only two of them that moved into a junior one bedroom. A few months passed by and now there were 5 people living in that small place. They would make all sorts of noise in the middle of the night without consideration for people that needed to wake up early. They were not very clean either. I had a bad fly problem because of it. Once they moved the fly problem went away. Please be careful. It was a terrible experience. But the most concerning and disturbing part was that I suspect they where hacking my WIFI and invading my privacy. It was a very difficult experience especially since I don't base my opinion on race but on actions and behavior.

I know you didn't want to sound racist but blaming their community for the fly problem thing was quite racist Also usually more students live under one roof so that they can save on money, i have seen my Asian friends who are very frugal and tend to make most out of the available resources

I am looking for an apartment for this fall. Is there an online community or an application that has all these apartment options?

Bloomington is really nice just avoid the south side of town as much as possible most the crime happens there anyways Henderson court is a joke of an apartment complex they won’t fix anything and the management are useless they will find any reason they can to raise your rent all the time and lots of drugs and violence there as well the first week of living there a drive by shooting took place and a person was shot it’s just a bad place to live but there are some decent apartments on that side of town as well like the quarters and the Dillon across the street but I’ve heard they are pretty pricey

The south side is horrendous I'm dead serious

@@michaelrichards899 I used to live on South Fess 508 and it was good... My "American parents" a little further South (1st Street) and we would walk there. Then even further there would be that nice park. Has everything changed so much in 20 years?
