Well I cheated and bought the Profusion Lovestruck and Festival palettes. The 2 combined still cheaper than Retrograde on sale. They make an all metallic palette too. 😉. The 2 palettes may not be exactly like Retrograde but you can get some similar looks. 😬😉😎

Ahh that Limoncello 🍋 palette is one of my faves! Quality is amazing, that blue is a true periwinkle and the duo chrome metalic shade in top row is INCREDIBLE. Agreed on UD Wild West. Its FANTASTIC.

I've wanted Huda Mercury retrograde since it launched but I've held off. I've been trying to use what I have & I've really thinned out my collection but I've always came back to wanting this one. Great list of palettes. I like that you're not a make-up artist and can speak to the experience of how an eyeshadow performs as a "regular" person. I trust your opinion. BTW, Sephora will be leaving JC Penney later this year and moving to Kohls. I'm guessing there may be some good sales at the JCP locations as they're closing.

The only eyeshadow palette I bought this year was Natasha Denona’s Mini Love palette because I loved her Mini Gold and Mini Retro palettes. A palette has to really be something that can add to my collection before I will consider it now. My eyeshadow basket is almost full so I am being particular. Love your eyeshadow reviews. ❤️

I like that you aren't afraid to drag ND if the quality is subpar girl thank you. I think the best palette I have tried this year was the tiny marvels Sydney grace's formula is so good. And following that its nd glam and then lunar lavender by kaleidos. PM rose luxe is also amazing. I am so excited to get the new palettes from Sydney grace's collaboration with temptalia I think they may knock some of those ones mentioned above down a few spots we will see.

Glad to know I'm not the only one on the Zendo palette. I was so excited but after a few times using it I think I'm a bit disappointed. 😕 The couple of mattes I have tried so far were quite patchy on my eyes, and I find the shimmers to be okay, but not the usual "wow" from ND.

So many KZbinrs I watch RAVE about the Adept Cosmetics palettes (Plain Jane and Ninhydrin) which are all shimmers and indie - they look absolutely stunning. I’ve yet to buy them because they always are on preorder and ship quite a ways out, but they’re on my list! You may check out some swatches and videos on those if you want an awesome all shimmer palette from an Indie brand!

I don't know...I own all of the five pan colour-pop pallets and I love them all. With the pressed glitter I usually only use that if I'm going out at night and I'll put glitter primer on so that it doesn't fall into my eye.
