I’d love to see a video series on how people use their edc. Having and showing off edc gear is always cool, but even cooler is when you have a story about how that edc item “saved the day” in any capacity.
@thatbostonguy8479 Жыл бұрын
Not sure if you will ever see this but here’s one for you! My first ever flashlight I bought for edc saved the day on a boat one night going around the island I lived on. One day after going to the beach I got a call from my friend asking me if I wanted to go on his boat (he’s the type of friend that something normally goes wrong so I brought my edc). So I get on the boat and we are putting around then it starts to get dark, we find out that the indicator light on the front of the boat isn’t working and it’s a wiring issue. I pulled out my flash light and it just fit inside the housing of the light! (It was extremely dark by this time trying to fix the wiring). I had to buy a new flash light after because I never got it back 😂

I’d love to see a “Formal Carry” EDC! What we carry when were NOT at work but at a classier environment. I know i carry a prettier non-scary looking knife and a nicer watch and i ditch my Leatherman PS4 Squirt and light for a Victorinox midnight minichamp, gerber EAB money clip and swap out my iphone battery case for a nice Platinum leather case with card slots from BestBuy. Swap the space pen for a more classier fullsize clicker with a moleskin instead of a rite n rain trayvax summit notebook. This could be super interesting to see what everyone else swaps out for and what they consider “fancy” thanks!

I would like to see a video of “your first edc” or “if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it” because so many in this community probably don’t have their first items anymore. I know part of the fun is trading or upgrading but I’m a minimalist in the sense that I find one thing I like, buy that, and don’t change it. For me personally I think it would be interesting to see carries for different activities or jobs. What you carry depends on what you do every day. You may be able to see what people and yourself would carry while camping, fishing, or hiking. On the job aspect you can see what people in different careers carry. An office worker, a mechanic, and an electrician may carry different gear and for different reasons. At the end of the day you should make videos on topics and ideas you enjoy, have some fun looking and maybe learning about a few different things.

I’d like to see a run of “beefier” working man EDCs. How often do people go for the $$$ gear when it’s being abused?
@CorkKNIFE4 жыл бұрын
Working men do not abuse their EDC tools. Lots of $30 MiUSA Buck 110s or Case bone handle knives used daily by working men. Lot's of Seiko 5s, cheap wallet from the Christmas/Father's day pile, $80 Streamlights. That is a solid "working man's" EDC under $300 and the knife and the watch you don't ever have to buy again.
