Pen-wise, I got a Zebra Sarasa at Office Max for like $8 and it’s one of the best pens I’ve had in a while. Not a fancy EDC pen with copper or bolt-action, but high quality and writes beautifully. I’d type some comments into KZbin for a Gil-Tek Ruk V2

I'd use it to open boxes, cut strings and other general day to day stuff. The Ruk would be more efficient and light weight than the folder from skif I currently carry.

For the wallet recommendation, I’d recommend the Popov Leather Card Holder! Not the thinnest wallet out there but it can hold several card and quartered folded cash up front! (5-7 bills before it gets too chunky). I bought mine a few months ago off amazon for $30 and it looks great! Also I believe they sell the older versions or maybe some defected/blemished/surplus ones since their stitching is different than on the ones from their instagram account. It’s still all genuine Popov Leather!

Kaweco lillyput is a great edc pen and you can find them in non fountain pen form but it’s not easy to find. It’s brass

I would buy the awt scales for my mini grip and tell you what I like and don't like about them. I use the OEM scales for all sorts of tasks at home Depot and a restaurant I work at. I might even get a tattoo of your logo. Who knows. Time will tell. I love your content and have been building up my EDC for a submission for this show. You do a great job.

Hey hey I'm so happy to have been about to shoe off my EDC in this week's round up. First off my last name is truely Emch and you did pronounce it right the first time. I'm sorry my photo was so wide I had to crop my feet and cat out of the photo. Next time I will make it smaller for you. With the Griptilian get the scales totally worth the money (I do have the Sheepsfoot blade on that knife). The watch band is super tough and comes in a bunch of different colors so you need to just buy it.

For a Giltek RUK. I'd assemble a 14' trampoline in the pouring down rain in less than 3 hours. Well I did it cause i promised my 6yr old she'd be bouncing by end of day. With school out and a new baby we haven't had much time to entertain her. But i could have totally used that RUK to open all that packaging

Rather than "getting it in copper", have you tried some diy electroplating? All it takes is vinegar, a phone charger, a couple containers, wire and some small samples of the metal you want to plate with.

I would catch a king snake in my yard and kiss the damn thing. I would have a nice dinner at Chick-fil-A and enjoy my food. Draw a character of you from it and mail it to ya. For a Gil-Tek Ruk V2 I would find a way to use my networking skills to get you a collaboration project making and designing knives with all of your material preferences - it might be a wooden and Micarta scaled, brass hardware with copper detailing throughout, on a classic blade style that everyone and their mom would have to buy due to being so properly placed with all the right materials. I’ll find us a way and I need to be the owner of a first production run please. Gil-Tek Ruk, please- collabo knife, definitely needs to be done.
