I don't have any good links for you but people who were on the Travel Channel for food shows like Andrew Zimmern and others, will tell you how the industry and channel has changed a lot since we were younger. There's a reason there was a noticeable decline in such shows. I'm sure there's a good youtube documentary on it, but it's very interesting. Thankfully, great YT channels like this are taking their place.

This is by far one of the best food documentaries on KZbin right now. You show much respect for these amazing people who work together. It's a deep exploration of culture, an appreciation for life and the things we take for granted. The content and the work you put in speaks for itself. When talking about the nuclear disaster and radiation that happened after the tsunami and recovering from it, I remembered reading about older volunteers stepping forward to take the place of younger workers when the radiation levels and danger were high. The ending was absolutely beautiful. As someone who grew up in a family that didn't always have the means to go to the store and grab beef like most people it gave me such a warm feeling. My sisters and I were all raised on venison and seeing people on the other side of the world show so much respect for something harvested from nature, something that sustained my family for generations is absolutely incredible.

I swear sonny you have me glued to your utube. I have watched other adventures and introducing use to food and culture. I would one watch one or two.
