I found raw Fugu sashimi to literally be too bland that it wasn't worth eating really. The Fried fugu on the other hand, that was very delicious as when fried the fugu has a clean flavor that is very pleasant when cooked. Also Fugu Liver from farmed fugu is extremely delicious in sushi.
