Amazing thoroughness! I especially appreciated the note at 2:50 about the recycling. That's important to me and the reason I stopped using a "higher end" Keurig (wasn't impressed with the coffee either). I usually make French Press coffee after hand grinding but would love to have a quick, easy option when needed again. Cheers

It was Father’s Day yesterday and I couldn’t get him anything due to this pandemic ... but , i live in a small country that we can get same day delivery of some thing , and I saw this coffee machine . I got very interested because my dad loves coffee , but he mostly drinks instant coffee because it very fast ... I decided to get this but I’m scared he will think it’s a little much work lol 😂 . This review is the bestest of the bestest !! Like I’ve seen a lot of videos of this coffee machine but none of them explained it as well as you did 😁

I got one used on marketplace for 40 bucks. It's pretty good. I had a Citiz and Milk, which was really kind of large for my space, and I don't make milk drinks anymore, just straight shots. This machine works for that purpose, well.

I just got this one today at a 35% discount from Nespresso, after my old Inicia Machine gave up the ghost on me and wouldn’t pump water through anymore. But there is one thing that you did get wrong. crema isn’t actually cream. That pump motor inside the machine is actually an air compressor. Have you ever seen white water on a river? That’s pretty much the same thing. It forms when that high pressure jet of water combines with the air that is pumped out along with it.

Great video ! Very well made . The only thing is that some people want to make coffee with this machine … do you have a video about that ? Ie. instead of 110 ml then 230 ml coffee .. which capsule is best etc . As when I started to use this machine I tried to make coffee and it was like water . Very diluted and little taste …. You said that you hold the button for the amount of extra water you want in your espresso or lungo. It will then blink 3 times. It will remember this amount as long as you don't unplug the machine? Also, love your voice. Very soothing.

Instead of descaler, can I run water and vinegar through it instead to clean it? And by the way, you don't even have to take that tank off to fill it. Just get a tea kettle full of water and fill it that way--it's way faster. Also, Amazon sells their Solimo brand of these capsules that are WAY less expensive than the ones you're using. One more thing--while you're waiting for the water to heat up, you can press either button in advance and when the water's hot enough, it'll start brewing on its own. But this mini brewer is great because it creates the foam and the foam STAYS with you for the whole cup! Thanks for the video! (And I love your countertop!) lol

I am a new coffee drinker. I think it's perfect for me because I am more sensitive to hot drinks. I don't like the burning sensation of hot drinks in my throat like some do. Nor do I like waiting for the drink to cool down for 10 minutes. I can drink this straight out of the machine without burning my mouth.

It's great that the pods are recyclable, it just seems funny that we are worried about these tiny things when coffee shops give out large plastic containers and lids with every cold drink; it would be easy for each person to get 3 per day. I always picture the landfill and I'd rather see lots of these tiny aluminum pods than billions of Starbucks plastic cups and lids. just sayin'
