Yes you can! Beat shortening and cream cheese together until fluffy and add powdered sugar 😀

I have added white flour to to tighten up strawberry frosting that can out a bit too loose. If you're careful with how much you add it won't be detected.

Although it may tighten, raw flour taste always comes through. Corn starch would be a better alternative.
