You need one of the Caddx joysticks, this is then plugged into the 6 pin header. It's a bit of a pitty that the cam does not come with the joystick.

Did you use 1080p30fps for sample footage? What would be different with 60fps?

Yes, 30fps - to get the best theoretical image quality in regards to bitrate. Hard for me to make a test with 60fps, since I can't really compare them side by side :-/

Hard to tell since I don't have that mount. The cam is 14mm wide and 14mm high.

Would you say the betafpv nano hd or the runcam split 3 nano has a better fpv feed. Also, compared to a non hd fpv setup, is it the same or worse quality fpv feed?

The problem I am having with the betafpv nano HD is the latency. I am not sure if I have a faulty unit or if there maybe is a new firmware (waiting for betafpv to come back to me) but it is unbearable for me. At least indoors I am having really a hard time with it. I personally do not have a runcam split, so it is hard for me to tell. FPV feed is in my opinion WAY better on the non HD cameras. I love my Foxeer Razer Nano - unbeatable for the price, if you ask me. It really depends how important HD footage is to you. If you find a non HD cam you like, you can have an onboard DVR and still have good footage - I would argue that it would be good enough quality for instagram(or anything else that is mainly watched on the phone).

@@stylesuxx Did you figure out your latency issue? I noticed that if i fly on 1080 30fps there is a ton of latency, but on 60fps there isn't. My broblem is it randomly blacks out on me. Have you heard about any firmware updates yet?

@@imothy Not heard of any FW updates yet. The black outs happen in both, recording and FPV feed? Interesting observation with the 60FPS - I have to test that on the bench.

@@stylesuxx the blackout is in VTX and if you review the DVR it just stops the moment it goes black in VTX, but i still have control of the quad linve of sight, and OSD shows good. I think i got a dud from betafpv.

This camera is a rebranded caddx baby turtle.

Yes, basically. The board layout is slightly different and BetaFPV claim that they designed the lens. The cam also does not have screw holes.

@@evilc2048 From what I can tell - yes. There are slight changes on the PCB, but I don't think that the actual hardware differs in any way.
