Agree mate, Bivol fought an almost perfect fight, just because Beterbiev has an iron chin and constant pressure doesnt mean he won the fight. Bivol outlanded him clearly in most rounds for me and boxed amazingly. Was a great fight to watch but Bivol had his number, disappointing result

Bivols face wasn't damaged by direct hits , Beterbiev's shots were blocked , Bivols own glove was repeatedly hit against his eye. This actually contributed to the judge giving a BS result. The judge counted many blocked punches for hits . Terrible judging. Could anyone watching that fight seriously give Bivol only 4 rounds . Discusting judging

I have to be honest, guys. I watch a hell of a lot of boxing. I thought the main event was a draw. For sure, Ben Whittaker was being picked apart in that fight and looked for a way out. When it presented itself, he took it. But it was a great night for boxing. What a show! Thanks to talkSPORT for all the coverage. ❤❤

I do too, but I had it as artur winning after the final 3 rounds. He ended the fight with more energy, more shots thrown, more damage done to his opponent and the final momentum. I definitely didn't see it being 116-112 though, not sure what fight that judge scored. Beterbiev needed all 3 rounds at the end to draw/win, but the way in which he won those rounds made it sure no judge would give a point to Bivol. The reality is the judges had artur up on their cards, pros on boxrec had artur up on cards, and the fans had artur up on the cards. I think the right man won but it was razor close.

Seems like karma caught up with him tonight for all the showboating and piss taking out of his opponents. Last few opponents were slight step ups and while he won them he didn't have it all his own way or get a KO. Tonight's opponent was a further step up and he got exposed to the point he was getting outboxed and was losing until the fall.

I don't think Bivol lost, I think you can make an argument for a Draw and I think you can make an argument for a Bivol WIN. But I cannot see a Artur Beterbiev Win, that's just my opinion. You cannot just give rounds based on punches thrown which land on your opponents gloves.

Casuals maybe count just walking forward and throwing arms shots as aggression so it wins. As someone who grew up boxing bivol put on a clinic his accuracy was like 40% beterbiev sloppy barely landing 20% of his shots on every round. Bit of a mess this sport boxing is about moving and not getting hit while hitting yourself but now just turning into bar fights scoring just walk forward zombie style and you win on aggression it’s so dumb.
