Beterbiev, that swift jab down the middle was money. But what impressed me the most out of all the things he had brought to the ring was his timing. The head shots when he had him on the ropes. I for one do NOT think Beterbiev looked any stronger at all. I think his boxing skills have improved, he didn't waste much energy, he's almost like a larger version of Inoue. I'm retired now but at 36 I feel I can punch harder than ever, though I've noticed my combinations speed has gone down. Its a shame that you can't even train hard and make improvements without people sating you're drugging. I think a lot of fighters slow down and get fat because they lose interest in training hard. Yes eventually you will decrease in ability but with good nutrition and hard training I think you can make it to midi 40's.

It's good that there are Beterbiev's supporters who are honest and won't give him a hard time. Of course these people may not like to be outclassed. And you understand both the language and hints, deciphered it. Really a lot of people, some for the beard, some for the religion, some for the stunning fight, can hate Beterbiev. And so, when there are people who are decent and know boxing and psychology, there is a defender, a supporter. They won't be able to trample him, belittle him. Can you imagine how many of them there would be if the victories were judges' decisions? He was already sued many times in the amateurs and at 2 Olympics in London with Usik and in China with a local. And no one was able to defend him like you are standing up for him now. In general, it's good that there are people like you. Thank you! Perhaps you would be telling the truth if Callum Smith was your countryman or you were from Liverpool.

Artur Beterbiev must now be considered one of the greatest fighters we've ever seen. He is a pleasure to watch in action, and he is such a nice guy. I always believed that Bivol was the best light heavyweight on the planet but I now believe that Beterbiev's power will eventually get to Bivol.

Beterbiev treats the opponent like a "thing". The opponent might as well be a piece of clay which B is moulding to shape with his fists. He is masterful in that sense. Effective but not flashy. I'd expect the discussion of his atypical testosterone on testing to include opinion of a sports doctor. Otherwise, you have a guy who is strong at 39, but so what?
