So here we are! First of all, I'd like to thank each one of you for sticking with me for the past two years, for supporting me and appreciating my work. Thank you for the time you spent watching my videos and sharing your thoughts with me, it's been a pleasure chatting with you and reading all of your sweet comments, they kept me motivated every time I got tired of editing or ran out of ideas.
That being said, I'd love to hear your opinions on the series finale. Did you enjoy it? Personally, I did. Could it have been better? Yes. Could it have been worse? Absolutely. I loved that Beth finally admitted to herself she is - and she wants to be - a criminal and I loved watching her and Rio team up to take Nick down, but I would have preferred a less open ending. Like, okay, they're on good terms now, but what else? Are they together? Are they just business partners? And speaking of unanswered questions, what's Rio's last name? Will Beth ever call him by his name? Is Nick his brother or cousin? Will Beth get Annie out of prison? Will Ruby choose her family over her friends? Guess we'll have to use our imagination and answer these questions ourselves.

Very true. They were hoping for another season. It really wasn't ratings that ended it. Those Law and Order SVU shows were lower rated. There's a ton of financial maneuvering that occurs when a show enters into a 5th season. I think it was becoming too expensive to continue for getting only modest ratings. Its why they chose not to shop it over to Netflix.

Rio didn’t look hot/sexy to me on this show until he started having a thing with Beth (brio) Those brio moments were my best part of the whole show. It’s sad we didn’t get enough of those moments.

I just have to say I overheard Rio’s voice the other night on a show my hubs was watching and he sounds and looks exactly the same. I haven’t watched the show… All American, but my hubs assures me he’s not laundering money and so far no sexy time. I do agree the chemistry between the two was a huge part of the appeal.

I will miss the characters.. but I'm happy that Manny can move onto other projects. He's a fantastic actor and plays the bad boy character extremely well. It's really too bad the chemistry on screen was purely acting and the two actors didn't get along that well off screen.

I also enjoyed the cameos of the first gang friend who scared Ben’s tormentors at school, and I liked the hit man coming back to remind Beth of who she is. All the struggles and annoyance we felt during season three almost seem like a bad dream now. I don’t love the cliffhanger they left with Annie. They didn’t have to. That last minute with the dream scene was perfection!!! And to answer your questions I think ruby choose her family because she was packing, Nick is definitely the cousin cause rio set so (I think grandma raised them so they act like bothers but their really cousins, it happens in a lot of families).I don't think beth and rio could ever be together (realistically speaking) but they can be partners with privilege. Im pretty sure beth would try to get annie out of prison so that means nothing good for rio and mick. I do wish they would have talk more about that situation maybe they were gonna explane that on season 5 but we will never know.And maybe when she's mad Beth calls rio by his real name jaja

I wish we were getting more but it maybe for the best, the open ending of Brio finally side by side in crime especially of her admitting she is a criminal by choice and that is the hurdle she needed to clear for her to let go of her happy housewife persona which Dean also finally accepted when she didn't give Mick up because that's her real choice. So, Beth and Rio on the bench with so many barriers broken and obstacles removed was a great ending to me. If there's one thing I've always thought about this couple is that the personal relationship would fall in place if they sorted out the working relationship. So if Beth is finally coping to wanting to be a criminal then wanting to be with the criminal would follow. I hope you keep making Brio vids. We'll always have the clips.

I know the song is overused but now that we know Brio end up together, you should do that song “Him & I” since it has the line “In the end it’s him and I” because that’s how it ended. Either way, make more Brio videos. Maybe you could even do some triangle videos now that Dean finally admitted defeat and left or Nick trying to steal her and failing. I wish I had skills make videos.

I love that song and it's PERFECT for them, I'll consider using it for sure! I think you don't need any particular skills to make videos, you just need a lot of practice. The most important thing is to have fun, anyway, so if you'd like to make videos you should definitely try. :)

I have yet to write Brio stories because of how bad these two were being written in season 3 and then I was really struggling in the start of this season as Beth was settling deeper and deeper back into her happy housewife facade including clinging to Dean. So I was afraid how far she’d go to her hands clean and then they added Nick who was looking to steal her for himself because he is that type of scumbag. Another guy willing to sell out Rio’s entire future as a boxer because he’s wants to be the guy to be admired, to be the one getting his grandma’s attention and gratitude for his success after the natural took me wherever I want…. so Nick taking the fall for as Rio walked away from everything except Beth because she chose Rio over not just Nick but Dean actually packing his own bags because he finally found out that “Bethie” is as big an imaginary character as Santa Claus that Beth let him think was real and she told him that Rio didn’t make her do anything, she did it because she wanted to do it, it was her choice and the wife that lived to make him dinner & raise his kids was gone and she wasn’t coming back. I got the ending I gave up when she shot him three times. Now that I got it back and even got this open ending where I can imagine them live happily ever after is going to fuel my muse for a long time.
