Hi Beth, Thank you for this Mini-Menu & especially for the time management tips. This dinner was fun to make because I wasn't stressing about the order to make everything. Love the mini dinner ideas and your channel Beth love the tips you give to do on the day itself perfect for a scatter brain like me. To this I'm adding precooked pumpkin with a cranberry chutney and couple of chunks of goat's cheese and some rosemary and pop in oven for 20 minutes or so. And some broiled sweet potato with 0% yoghurt (instead of sour cream) mixed with rosemary, thyme, onion salt and basil dip.

I was waiting for this video for so long. It was a perfect video, from your dishes, to the way it was filmed, edited and the music was so nice. Aw so glad you liked it! When it comes to Christmas Cake I'm always drawn to a Buche de Noel :) or yule log as we call it here. I really wanted to include a tutorial on that this year but they take so long to shoot and I thought the dinner might appeal to moe people so I went with that :) Ha! But you may also like next week's dessert, way easier than a cake and soooo good! It's my "Winter Wonderland White Chocolate Mousse" so festive and easy!! Happy Holidays Anna! xo B

We do a standing beef roast for Christmas , but I'm stealing the Ratatouille recipe . I adore it and haven't made it in years . Also using you method for the beef gravy with the rosemary , great flavor idea and I have bushes of it here in Palm Springs .Thrilled that it winters over here in Ca. ! The potatoes gratin sound like a great do-ahead idea too ! Thanks again . . .

Aw so glad you liked it! I love roasted asparagus with lobster or rice pilaf is great to or a nice tossed butterleaf salad with a shallot vinaigrette. Or really my FAVORITE way to eat Lobster for a festive occasion is like this! :) Beth's Lobster Thermidor SOO good and festive! Enjoy!

Looks like a wonderful Christmas dinner. Don't know where to post this, but I was just going to make gingerbread cookies and the video disappeared? Question: how to you get the currants to stick..even pressing down, mis-shapes the cookie.Some fall right off. Is there a solution?
