Amazing! I was put off at the thought of all that American Chocolate (foodies don't like Butyric acid in their choc) until I saw you're using Belgian! The great thing is that your favourites from any country will work, and if you're brave you could start mixing/dusting/sprinkling your creations with your SO's favourite things!
