Tempering can be really tricky! I find this microwave technique gives me the most consistent results 😊

I've been using a cheap silicon mold and the plastic taste was strong even through very dark chocolate--is this about price point or just my unavoidable taste buds?

Sometimes the cheap silicone molds have a strong smell/taste. If you boil the mold in water for 5 minutes that should go away!
