To me, Beth is most probably the best female blues singer ever. Her voice has such a great range and always pitch perfect. She knows when and where to accentuate her vocals for the best effect. Beth exudes a certain sensuality through her singing, added to which her presence alone is unforced sexuality, a combination which makes her an exciting performer on stage. I have seen her 'live' in concert (where she displayed her ability to play a number of instruments), and was bowled over by the whole experience. A truly brilliant artiste.

I'm a big Joe Bonamassa fan so that's how I came upon Beth. I thought she was good but once I saw her live European shows, I was blown away! Such an incredible talent! I think maybe the Europeans appreciate her more than Americans do. I'm 68yo and I've seen many, many concerts over the years but I've never been more excited to see her on 9/9/23 in Chandler AZ. It's a 5 hour drive for me but luckily my sister lives close to Chandler.

Love the way she can convey so much meaning and emotion into a couple of lines, like, "My own Dad could give a crap. I'd wear his love if I had a hard hat." A lot of her clever phrases remind me of John Prine's writing like in Spanish Pipedream when he sings, "I knew that topless lady had something up her sleeve!" Different styles but great writing from both. And of course Beth has the voice in spades as well.
