I get why your not growing super fast BUT you are one of the few who tells the truth but also still respects the code. If you haven't lived the REAL LIVE OR DIE LIFE. it can be hard for people who did jail or some country time they can't understand hard time like pelican Bay back in the day high desert most of mississippi Florida Virginia prisons they don't understand that if you say the wrong thing it will get hit you dead for real. And when I came home these same “friends” told me they were sorry they didn’t write, send love, whatever but if I ever needed anything now that I was out they would help me. When I last got out the first job I got I used to hate when foos would see me eating my halfway house sack lunch and tell me what restaurant they were going to then ask if I needed/wanted anything instead of inviting me smh never said yes. Glad to see you out living bro. When I went in in 2001 no lifer was released, it was almost unheard of. Then about half way though my time around 2007 the finally were releasing because of the overpopulation and medical lawsuits. I know how much work you had to do to get that date. Much respect. Dubz, a lot of people don’t keep their word. We humans are all flawed in one way or the others, we will always disappoint one another at times. How many times did family members come home and say they were going to do better or stay out of trouble, only to get locked up again. They let their love ones down, AGAIN & AGAIN. It’s a cycle of heart break and let downs for the family members of the inmates. Many have kids on the outside, and continuously let them down and never keep their word. I believe that everyone will let you down at some point if you know them long enough. But the Heavenly Father will never break his Word. We need to try & be more forgiven towards those family members. At the end of the day, you see how things are on the outside and how easy it is to get caught up on the outside struggle. Trying to be more graceful towards those loved ones, I don’t think they meant to hurt you and let you down. I hope the Lord continues to soften your heart towards your familia cause the bitterness will destroy you.
