This is a good reminder. I did similar exercises in physical therapy after ACL surgery ten years ago. Now that I'm in my 50s, it's probably wise to start doing these again.

ha. Could have used this before I fell on my face while trail running at night last week. Poor little broken toe might have had a chance. :)

Will definitely recommend to friends and relatives and as usual impressed by the careful attention to detail in all your demonstrations. Would quite like to try the tree pose and foot massage recommended for myself!

I have terrible balance, because I have to hip replacements, and my feet are totally flat. My dr. says I can make money shoveling snow with them.

Yes, it's important to stay healthy by maintaining an exercise goal, especially for elderly people. It's sometimes hard to elderly people to do exercise because their bodies don't move as fast or as hard as us. However, it's essential for them to do exercise because that way they can stay active and also less aches and pains.

It's not just me! I am also inspired by the Ministry of Silly Walks to help my nerve scorched feet. I've labelled them 'Raptor' and 'Wagtail' (use yer imagination lol), and they are only performed at night while walking my dogs and while totally unseen. 😁 Great vid.
