This is a good reminder. I did similar exercises in physical therapy after ACL surgery ten years ago. Now that I'm in my 50s, it's probably wise to start doing these again.

Yes, it's important to stay healthy by maintaining an exercise goal, especially for elderly people. It's sometimes hard to elderly people to do exercise because their bodies don't move as fast or as hard as us. However, it's essential for them to do exercise because that way they can stay active and also less aches and pains.

It's not just me! I am also inspired by the Ministry of Silly Walks to help my nerve scorched feet. I've labelled them 'Raptor' and 'Wagtail' (use yer imagination lol), and they are only performed at night while walking my dogs and while totally unseen. 😁 Great vid.
