You speak my language :-) Thank you so much for showing those little fiddly bits so clearly and thoughtfully.

I've just found this gem, Thanks for posting Jane E I'm a drummer who likes to play this on guitar but now thanks to you I can play this on my piano and sound like a real pianist! not a guitarist who's transposed it to piano, if that make's sense 🤔 Jane for me you've pitched it just right, no faf just straight to it cheers from Whitby, North England. Oh and please more Neil.... on to my favourite Walking on the Spot! 😁

Thank you so much for this. I was struggling with the lick between the first chorus and verse 2, but you explained it brilliantly. The grace note A and resolving to the E at the end of the lick was a light bulb moment. Thank you!! Are you able to provide any insight into the notes played in the official Crowded House video for the instrumental between the bridge and 3rd chorus?

Thank you for posting. I don’t understand some but I’m learning & appreciate your help. I usually play guitar, but we’re doing a virtual band with this song - all 4 of us are guitarists so I said I’ll try piano. Thank you 🙏

It’s hard to know how to pitch the level of a tutorial, but I hope it helps a little. A virtual band sounds like great idea in these current times!

Jane E No I think you’ve done a fantastic job; it’s because I don’t have a piano background, but know a few chords. I’m from NZ, but live in England, my other friend is a lady Scottish singer & the other 2 guys are my schoolmates back in Auckland & Wellington, NZ. Thank you again.
