I just built a HeroMe v7.3 for my Anet A6 total i3 rebuild. It works amazing! I had to redesign for me ABL but other than that I'm amazed how well it's printing. He even build me a X carriage for an i3 Prusa style printer and now it's part of the collection. I highly suggest that while building yours to support his Patreon as you get awesome support. I'm no adding LEDs thanks to the new parts he designed. Thanks for your contributions to the 3D printer community!

Honestly I don't care about looks, I care about functionality. I chose the HeroMe over the voron hotends and glad I did as it just works!

Hi, I'm thinking of upgrading my ender 2 pro with hero me 7, but it looks like it moves hotend a little bit to the front. So i will loose some print area ? Or am I wrong?

You might lose 7-9mm across the back of the build plate (Y axis loss).

Hero Me Gen 7.3 supports ALL four Creality Spider hotends and the OMG extruder is on my to-do list (just recently learned about it).

This has been many years ago and Andy was the one taking the project further. I don’t understand what the problem is. No one is forcing you to buy anything. Complaining that something is not free is like complaining that you have to pay the plumber for fixing your toilet, when there is free instructions on the internet how to do it yourself. You could go and design the best modular cooling system in the world yourself but you’re not.
