Great review man saw the trailer and when I saw him being played as an ape I was confused but hearing you explain the reasoning it makes sense, glad to hear you enjoyed this one and def got me intrigued to check it out as it seems like a really well made biopic

You've made me even more excited for this flick than I was before. Reading great reviews from film festival critics led me to the excellent 4-part Netflix docu-series Robbie Williams. That made me a brand new fan who has discovered a treasure trove of performances, interviews & videos from the past 30+ yrs on YT! He is a spectacular entertainer & songwriter that has been mostly hidden from Americans all this time. Hopefully this film will inspire interest from the U.S. in his phenomenal career!

I wish I would’ve went to see this, especially knowing it’s Robin Williams’ portrayal of himself and that’s why it’s a monkey. Such an interesting idea for a film. I know how much we both love Robin Williams, so it was nice to hear your take on this!
