So happy I finally got to post it hopefully it stays up for you all. It’s been really hard to get any Taylor swift video up recently without it getting taken down so let’s hope we are good! Also wanted to say since listening to the album a lot of these songs have grown on me, especially Willow I’ve played it too many times! I’m going to try my best to get Tortured Poets Department up as soon as possible. Love you all ✌️

Enjoyed your reaction, thank you 😊 Full credits appear on the official lyric videos for the album on KZbin. There are also two more bonus tracks to this album that I HIGHLY recommend you listen to. One of them, "Right Where You Left Me" is probably in my top 5 favourite of all Swift's songs. I prefer Evermore because it feels like the older sister of Folklore... The themes are just slightly more mature and I relate to them more. But this is from Folklore being a very, very close second. It's worth remembering that these albums came out in 2020 during the pandemic. No one could go to clubs to jam to these. They came out in a very specific historical moment that I think they belong very well to.

Marjorie is about her late grandma. She was an opera singer and you can hear her throughout the song. Evermore is also my favourite song in the album 🍁❤

You are so right about the seasons thing girly pop. Her albums so have seasons that represent each. Evermore is a winter album, folklore is summer (in my country Argentina we dont care and associate it with winter or autum lol) but yeah. You are on the right track

Cowboy Like Me has Marcus Mumford of Mumford & Sons as uncredited male vocal and Marjorie and Ivy has Justin Vernon of Bon Iver as the male vocal (he sang on the title track Evermore and Exile from Folklore)

Evermore (the album) is my favorite of her albums 🥰 and Willow and Evermore (the song) are such perfect bookends. What a beautiful ending with Evermore. I never get tired of it and I wish I could experience it for the first time again.

You'll understand what was going on on folklore and evermore when you hear The Tortured Poets Department especially since you've heard Midnights. These albums will become a lot more sombre and depressing

would love to see u do some kate bush at some point!! it's a very different style of music than the female artists u usually check out, but kate is one of the most influential women artists still living today and i think everyone should listen to at least one of her albums all the way through. the dreaming is her overall best album and a cult classic, in my opinion :)

Bon Iver is about the transition from long-term depression and suicidal intent to happiness (symbolized by the change from "barefoot in the wildest winter catching my death" to "floors of a cabin creaking under my step" and "this pain would be for evermore" to "this pain wouldn't be for evermore"), especially by someone who helped you in your darkest times. 🤎
