Pad Thai is the most famous and probably the most delicious dish of Thai cuisine made of fried rice noodles with vegetables and fragrant sauce! There are many variations of this popular Thai street food dish) We have our favorite recipe of vegetarian Pad Thai) It is quite easy and simple to make at home just in 10 minutes!
We use flat rice noodles, by the way, these noodles are very easy to digest and contain no gluten! If you don't have them - get regular noodles, it would be very delicious) Vegetables (carrots, zucchini, sweet pepper), soy cheese tofu, spices and sauce of course! And roasted crushed peanuts and sesame seeds will give this dish an original flavor and aroma!
But if you have a wok, it's really a good idea to make pad thai, but if you don't then just use a big pan with a deep bottom. Here's a tip: Cook the vegetables on high heat! Then they stay crispy and almost fresh.
