Cooking recipe and ingredients:
500 ml of warm water.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Cover with a towel and leave for 5 minutes.
Add 1 egg.
Sift 550 g of flour (all-purpose).
Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Sift another 200 g of flour.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 40 minutes.
The dough rose well. Soft.
Knead the dough until it is medium soft.
Divide into 4 parts.
Grease the surface with butter (room temperature).
Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Repeat the same operation with two cakes and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
60 ml of vegetable oil.
2-3 chopped onions.
Fry the onion until soft over medium heat.
500 g of minced meat.
Fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Salt.
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
1 teaspoon of paprika.
After 2 minutes, turn off the heat.
After 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough to the size shown in the video.
Cut into 4 parts.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Leave for 20 minutes.
1 egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Make cuts with a blade or sharp knife.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for 25-30 minutes.
All is ready!
You won't believe it, it's incredibly delicious!
