It can be good but it relies heavily on luck to get 3-4 heads in order to pull off that damage. I've been using it in my Pikachu EX deck.

Yeh but the estimate value is 80 so it's pretty solid & it has an upside of 160 dmg which can kill lots of EX. Think the upside is really nice!

​@@KenTCGP Yeah but the only issue with that is Jolteon only has 90 HP and some of the attacks the EX Pokemon have can do 90 damage plus. Like I was using Jolteon against a Starmie EX and got unlucky with the flips and their next turn they one shotted the Jolteon. I've had other matches where I've completely destroyed Starmie EX and other EX Pokemon with Jolteon because I got lucky. Jolteon is a good option if you want to take the risk and you don't have any better guranteed damage options.

Not s fan of jolteon in pikachu decks, evee on bench would be useless for pikachus damage
