Better than pizza🍕! I've never eaten such delicious leftover rice
4 Hot dogs
Slice them in slices
Medium heat
Olive oil
Put the sausages in the pan
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Put the sausages in a bowl
200g Leftover rice
2 eggs
Crack them in a bowl
Salt and black pepper
Mix well
15g Parsley
Chop the parsley into pieces
Mix well
Medium-low heat
1tbsp Unsalted butter
Melt the butter in the pan
Put the rice in the pan
3tbsp Tomato sauce
Spread it
Put the sausages on the rice
Green onion
60g Mozzarella cheese
Fry for another 3-5 minutes
More green onion
Done!

FGI, Forgot how long Ago, I down loaded this? So I refreshed & watched it. Nice idea 💡😊 & a Sub for Pizza. A Bachelor Stable like Rice, & PB& J can Be. As some other people said. I'll use Sausage, Bacon, Chicken, or maybe lil smokies, instead of Hot dog's. Because C&D's from all Meat no Beef Weiner's is just Blahs too me. @Joe dirty71 American cheese on hot dogs - good. Ketchup on hot dogs - good. Ketchup on American cheese - good. My dad used to joke that he could tell that I was half Yankee (he was from Georgia and my mom was from New York) because I liked to put ketchup on everything, even though my mom didn't care for ketchup all that much. I put ketchup on hot dogs, hamburgers, steak (instead of Heinz 57 or steak sauce), scrambled eggs, fried egg sandwiches, bologna sandwiches, in pinto beans, a tiny bit in mac & cheese, use it as a dip for French fries and even potato chips, etc. He'd make a face every time I'd reach for the ketchup bottle.

@Joe dirty71 Different strokes for different folks. If you think hot dogs are bad, you should try the Philippine delicacy called balut (I think that's the correct name). It's a duck egg cooked with the baby duck inside. You eat the whole baby: bill, bones, feathers, everything. I haven't tried it yet, and I'll politely turn it down if it's offered to me. But a lot of people like it. I understand a lot of people outside of America think hot dogs are disgusting. There's a lot of food from non-American cultures that Americans find disgusting in return. As I said above: different strokes for different folks.

A documentary filmmaker named Rick Sebak made a bunch of films about foods that aired on PBS: hot dogs, ice cream, sandwiches, breakfasts, and bakeries. The focus of each show was the different ways people eat the featured food, but he also went behind the scenes to check out all the details. It's not 1900 anymore. I heard a story about Teddy Roosevelt and sausages, his favorite food. He was reading a book while eating sausages. The book was an expose on the meat packing industry. It went into all the gory, graphic details. The info about making sausages and hot dogs was especially bad. It told how the scraps from cutting up meat were tossed into an open vat. The "scraps" were not always quality bits, often including rotten meat. When the whistle blew to announce the end of the day, the workers would leave the vats open if they weren't filled. Overnight, flies would lay their eggs in the exposed meat, and rats would hop into the vats to eat. The next morning, the workers continued their jobs without checking the insides of the vats. When a vat was full, the meat (and any flies, maggots, and rats) would be ground up for making sausages and hot dogs. After Roosevelt read that chapter, he threw the plate out the window, followed by the book. He later went out to retrieve the book to finish reading it, and that started changes in the meat packing industry. I don't know how true the story is, but the fact remains that the meat used to make hot dogs is as good as any of the meat you can find at the butcher's shop or the meat counter of your local grocery store. Bologna is made the same way. Sausages, too. The plants that produce hot dogs and other such products are subject to inspection during regular and unannounced visits. So eating hot dogs are just a matter of taste.

@Joe dirty71 I will admit that some hot dogs don't taste as good as others. And there are some folks who can't afford much else except hot dogs and canned tuna. So I think all of these recipes that feature many different ways to prepare hot dogs are great for those folks as they provide more variety than just putting a dog in a bun over and over again. As for the rest, let's just agree to disagree.
