I stumbled upon Red Palm Oil in Feb 2020 at a gourmet shop --- I mixed it with Coconut, Grape, Almond and Walnut oil ---I give my hair an oil bath pre-poo or use as pre-poo with aloe vera juice! This has changed my natural hair life ---Ms Ruby is thrieving!!!

I have to say that I’ve been way more consistent with my Ayurveda and DIY’s because I’ve been making more than enough for just one treatment. I’d rather spend a day making a few things and freezing and it’s really changed the game. Now I always have something on hand for a pre poo or something to add to a DC. I can’t wait to try this one!
