Made the Egg Casserole tonight, paired with sirloin and fresh fruit topped with balsamic glaze. Made the eggs in the instapot and used bacon grease instead of OO, otherwise, as made as shown in the video and WOW. Will be trying the Egg Cloud next - the rings are on their way from Amazon! I've been cooking for 35 years and must say I really appreciated the visual cues, showing what to look for, like the peaks of the whipped eggs or the consistency of the bechamel. Keep up the excellent work!

Have prepared some of his dishes and they appeared just as his relaxed instructions indicated and were delicious. Both this young man and the videographer exhibit skillful genius and if they are one and the same person, that is even more incredible and stunning! Thank you for brightening our days.

Great photography but sadly a great invitation to skin problems. Sadly people cook for taste without thinking the chemical reactions of the ingredients which can harm our body on micro level. In 21st century little knowledge is appreciated without reflecting what other cultures have evolved the food rules 5000 years ago. 1.3 million are clearly showing their knowledge vs information level. Shallow concepts. May God bless the people.🙏

@@vincentpelletier1246 I hear what you are saying, but I agree most people haven't sliced lemons just to eat them, the pulp & peel balance each other out quite nicely, but if you have the wrong type of lemon to begin with, the experience is life-altering..🤢! Try a fish chowder with thin slices of lemon frozen, then quartered, added..rind &pulp, like "thin pizza slice" shaped frozen "lemon chips".. so good! Mmmmm🤯😄
