Made the Egg Casserole tonight, paired with sirloin and fresh fruit topped with balsamic glaze. Made the eggs in the instapot and used bacon grease instead of OO, otherwise, as made as shown in the video and WOW. Will be trying the Egg Cloud next - the rings are on their way from Amazon! I've been cooking for 35 years and must say I really appreciated the visual cues, showing what to look for, like the peaks of the whipped eggs or the consistency of the bechamel. Keep up the excellent work!

Make pasta. It keeps well. Semmelknödel need a lot of eggs, and we eat many cakes in spring.

@@rise54321 I love savory French toast for lunch or dinner. Great with a salad, or with seasonal veg like asparagus.

I would love it if you do a special series on your recording studio, equipment and techniques. I’m especially interested in the equipment. You can share just that without giving away your secrets. By the way I think you deserve a Webby Award for production quality! 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 👍 👍👍👍👍👍 Artistry 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Originality 5/5 Aesthetics 5/5 Timing / editing & audio over the top. Thank you.☺️ Take a bow. 👏👏👏

The videography is commendable! And ofcourse the recipes are totally unique. But when you show these recipes with so much creativity, we are more likely to binge watch them rather than go to the kitchen. 😉

That’s because as cool as this stuff looks and as fun as it is to watch, any of us who do a lot of cooking know that none of these recipes will actually taste that great.

I love hard boiled eggs myself, and make them frequently. One trick that I use is to h-b brown eggs. Makes it much easier to distinguish any remaining shell on the egg rather than white shell on white egg.

Absolutely love this!!! The appearance of food as well as presentation is extremely important to me. More importantly, it has to taste equally as good. No, I'm no chef or cook but do it only when the beat drops. That doesn't happen very often but my food has to look appealing. Thank you for all the lovely recipes, beautiful presentations and awesome videos!!!👏🔥👌❤

Great video for making the process of frying, poaching or scrambling an egg take twice as long!

Right ?! But considering that over 35 eggs were cooked in less than 8 minutes its more like Half The Time.
