I am a cooking novice and just starting to cook. I followed the directions here and was able to create magnificent pot stickers the first time. My neighbor's, the Phan's said that they were better than their's and they have been making them for over 40 years. I'm making 60 of them today for their grand daughters birthday party. 😆 Thanks ! Thanks ! Thanks !

These were absolutely fabulous! They turned out exactly like your directions indicated. I feel like a rockstar for being able to do this. I made a dipping sauce to go with them, but they really didn't need it. Thank you for the tutorial!

Another one of my favorites. For the uninitiated, this is simpler than you think to make and does taste 100% better than take out (in USA), where the skin is rubbery and too doughy. Thanks for the video. Great job.

I lived in China for 3 years. The dumplings were great:-) Usually 3 or 4 people stand at the table and help with making them. I remember one night I ate 30 of them. Also I enjoyed eating out and dining in a private room with a big table that rotates the food around and using chop sticks as it turns. It's so nice to see maybe see 10-15 different dishes on the lazy susan. So much food.

I've made them last night, they turned out amazing! 😎🤤🤤🤤 my dough was store bought, but it was fresh made: in my city there's a huge Chinese community, with stores of all kinds and even a noodle factory, so it's easy to find high quality ingredients and daily made noodles and dumpling skin of various types 😍

Yay, I just tried this! For some reason, I was not able to make the dumpling skin with my mixer. It kept making the mixer stall. So, I had to knead all of the dough by hand. It was very good! I paired it with the vinegar ginger dumpling sauce from her dumpling sauce video.

A Kenwood Mixer? how cool is that?..they were one of the top Stereo Company's when we used to buy vinyl Albums and Cassette Tapes back in the late 70's early 80's. Anybody remember Federated Stores? or Zody's or Best ?, they would have sold that mixer, IF it was made back then...
