This didn't turn out too well but I'll give it another try later. Edit: it (the binaural mics) get a bit too loud around 7 minutes, then not much is going on, then my favourite part starts at 16:53 and goes until the end. I turn the volume up on my phone for that part.

I love ambient sounds and little organic noises. Also, you're skilled in knowing what sounds are condusive to ASMR, and that means you have enough skill to make a video like this off the cuff. You shouldn't worry too much about all the small details because you're creating a relaxing atmosphere, despite not everything being perfectly preplanned :)

Listen, I know you usually do these pretty elaborately produced videos, which is great, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with just putting out bare-bones, straight-forward stuff too. You can be creative and effective without trying to reinvent the wheel. As cool as wild visuals are, I personally still end up falling asleep to simple stuff plenty of times, like rain sounds or whispered nonsense words. There is no reason to be self-conscious because you didn't spend hours editing a video.

It's as good as always, nice work Ardra. Most artists are their own worst critics, speaking from personal experience. We tend to notice all of the hiccups and flaws we make during the process, plus we hyper focus on things that some people can't even notice when You point them out. Criticism is good, as is striving to improve, but don't put yourself down over your videos when you stand over others like a creative giant.

I remember a recent Twitter thread about worse outcomes from stroke in women due to late detection as a result of the most common diagnostic criteria (eg F.A.S.T) being based on presentation in men... Well, with that in mind, the title and the awkward (presumably squeak-mitigating) sitting position had me fearing the worst. The resulting relief as I realised this was not the case, was a kind of "progressive muscle relaxation" for my anxiety, and very relaxing. Were it not for my desire to write this comment, I'd probably be deep asleep now :)
