When I hear the Majestics manager/caddy saying that time management is difficult because they each want to be in the gym at different times or do other things at different times. Isn’t that a problem as a team - a team should make concessions and sacrifices as individuals for the benefit of the team. Surely they can be better together in the gym or on the range helping each other. A top class football team would never accept that. If you want to be a top class golf team surely it needs to be the same? I want them to get at least 1 win this coming year 💪👍😊
