happened with me as well ,i was going to my office early in the morning at pitampura flyover ,one interceptor was there who keep tailing me ,remind you no siren ,no flashes given to me and near rajori he decided to overtake me and stop the car ,this guy ASI i believe took my car key and slapped me for no reason ,when i asked him why ? he said zyada educated hai ,i will teach you . i said touch me and will use all laws against you and by that time people has stopped ,they started defending me and he left i am blessed with a father who worked with as DM and informed him and it was funny later that day ASI begging for his job . I was lucky that my father was at good post ,imagine if it was someone with no one in law or high post that guy would be dead by now...its strange how many goons are filled in delhi police who wear uniform only to torment others ex: case of that police officer in dwarka who was molesting girls in his cars .

The ISRO spy case of 1994 where a scientist Nambi Narayan was falsely charged with espionage and jailed. The matter went up to the Supreme Court which acquitted him in 1998. In 2018 the Supreme Court ordered that a compensation Rs.50 lakhs be paid to Nambi Narayan and recovered from the concerned police officers.

Awesome video Amish Thanks, bro can you list some books that we can study to have basic understanding of the law, so that we know how to proceed when face situations like you mentioned in the video because knowing what step to take in timely manner is necessary suppose the child is detained by Police illegally they are beating child as well, in the middle, lower middle or poor family Parents don't have the spin/knowledge to fight back police at the most what they do is arrange money in order to bride police for the release of their kids their emotions will consume their rational brain either they bride or become violent and try to find the links in family which is not a good approach and finding lawyer on the spot is very difficult as well.

It will be like home guards or some vigilante system. That may create a parallel system. Also it maybe better to separate police from politicians, meaning make them independent, but it has its own complications. The issue is, the chosen representatives of the people should be right, but unfortunately they just reflect the rot in the society.
