Im a female. My younger brother put false tresspass chargesheet againt me for property for his wife sake... so i got bail for rs 12000 and lost 50000 to stupid lawyer.. then i paid rs 25000 to file quash case in high court Now total 4 cases are running parallel.. 2 civil for property and 2 due to his police complaint . Next when high court quahes case i have to file defamation case against brother and all other witnesses about 5. Lawyer fees per month is about 10000. Traveling for court and days loss due to court dates. Not able to save due to the corrupt police.. but i wont let my brother get our House. Every indian parents who Throw daughter out of house for sake of society.. i curse such indian parents. And every indian daughter who leaves own parents to live with husband's parents.. u r an ungrateful daughter.

Marriage is becoming a deadly trap for Indian men these days due to absurdity of Indian laws. Imagine working hard, earning and saving your entire life then you get married and if you have divorce then everything you have worked for is taken away from you. You lose the house, you loose half of your salary, you loose the kids, plus getting heckled in the courts is common. Imagine paying money to your ex wife who will now use that money to fund her lifestyle with another man. Who'd want that life? Lol. Better to be in a one night relationship. Less issues like these. I mean, there's issue of fake rape cases and all but if the girl is good it's fine mostly!

From a situation where the police never registered a rape case and shamed the victim incessantly to a stage where, they collaborate with scammers and false cases are registered, again victim is shamed incessantly…The law and cops system just proved that some of them are more intent on harassing and not listening, rather than justice. Swinging from one extreme to another is no answer. In both scenarios the perpetrators are and have not been punished.

But in cases of women, men are presumed as guilty and he has to prove his innocence. It is against the existence of judicial system. Moral of the story.... Our law whole heartedly discourages sex before or outside marriage. This is a cultural trait that may manifest as legal troubles for anyone having sex before or outside marriage. We are still ultra conservative. For males - How to save urself from such kind of bad future events. Aaj ke dino me pyaar jaisi chiz 99% khatm ho gayi hai isliye blindly love mat karo. Trust sirf apne Maa baap par karo, wealth ka show off mat karo, simple raho, simple dikho. Physique acchi rakho kyunki bure wakt me akele padoge to tab koi nahi madat karega, sirf kamai hue physiq hi ladne me madat karegi. Live-in me ho to choti choti doubtful situation ho rahi hai to investigate karo, saval pucho, maar pit mat karo, answer zuta mila, ya blackmail kiya, arguments hue to shant raho aur samaz jana aage jake false case honge, isliye jaldi se police station me jake puri baat batana aur documented karo. Shaadi hue hai arrange ya love, to bhi police station jao statement dedo, apne witnesses ready rakho, bhaago mat, physical cruelty mat karo, dimag se kaam lo. Mutual consent divorce ke liye try karo thoda jyada paisa jayega lekin matter badhega nahi. Paise deke mutual consent se divorce lo. Sabse pehle shaadi me kuch mat mangna aur lena, mana karo. Tab aage jake tumari side strong rahegi. Initial days me Wife ke sath Common property mat kharidna, khud ke naam pe kuch mat rakho sab Maa pita ke naam par rakho.

I suffered due to character of my sister, she has affair with her husband's brother where her intimate videos were held and blackmailed my sister to get parents property when she didn't listen to them they implicate me making my own sister a victim against me. Being a sister I cannot even fight back against her that's became weakness for me. However on her various complaints her husband's brother also arrested such as case of harassment against her minor daughter. But after they bailed out, they sent me obscene videos of my sister to me and comment very unpleasant things about my sister calling her escort who please people for money etc. I tried suicide once to get rid of this things but one unknown person saved me told "my case will not closed with my death and I will be termed as criminal after my death until acquital" that thing keep me alive but still I am unable to bear unpleasant things and message regarding my sister.

Session court, High court and Supreme court as well; all three courts rejected then there can be two possibilities; with it's the lawyer's mistake that he was unable to fight the case correctly or you are giving false information. Judges also abide by law and they don't have a reason to deny the facts. If judges also didn't favour the guy, this means the guy whose feelings you are concerned about was lying. Hatred is fine but I don't understand the reason why you are concerned about the rapists and no kindness towards the victims. It's really disappointing 😢 Moreover no guy spends alone these days. They make the girl also pay.

As per bns there is 7 year jail . To be enforced on 1 july . Lot of protection and provision.

I have a small firm and other firm owner who is 2 shop away from my shop is calling Costomer from my shops doorstep and outside of my shop is there any law dealing this issue

One thing is for sure now i will never ever have respect for any judge and if they would be dying injured on a road ill just ignore
