Not all women, my aunt left her husband's house and never demanded anything. On the other hand, one of my maternal uncle's ex wife left in 2005 and he is paying her maintenance since then. Even when he did nothing wrong, she filed false cases against him. So the thing is it's not about women but about humans their morals. If I ever have to leave my husbands house I won't file any false case against him just like my aunt. But the matrimonial laws are absolutely biased against men. That I agree. And it's sooo sad that because of these false cases people don't believe the stories of women who actually suffered domestic violence. I hope the laws change for betterment of both men and women.

Interim maintenance will be awarded and the suit will go on. The only way to deny maintenance to wife is that she has deserted the husband or has been in an adulterous relationship outside the marriage. These are good reasons to prevent her from claiming maintenance under S125 CrPC. However, maintenance and alimony may still be claimed by the wife under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1956 or under HAMA or under the DV Act.The desertion has to be proved by the husband and it should be i think for a minimum period of 2 years immediately preceding the presentation of petition/ application by the wife.

If you have their phone number & Aadhar or PAN Card , you can check with every reputed banks (if you have a banker he will help u with his other bankers data) . She was earning 1 lakh , but still my days were prolonging . Her lawyer was begging for a settlement , I gave 3lakhs cash and closed the shit all together. If court was in my city I would of fought but I have to travel from hyd to bnglor. So gave her the money moved on in life .

Bro instead of going to court, first wife will put case 498a and 18-24section domestic violence. Before that husband should know wife behaviour then he can kill her and surrendered to court. So court will give 7 years jail punishment. So finally what I am telling husband should aware of wife behaviour then do this. So there is no maintanance there is permanent alimony and should not go court if wife put case 498a domestic violence if she will put case then again case will be close atleast 4-6 years. Instead of that if you do this 7 years can come out from jail. There is no mental pressure physical pressure also.
