I think they're referring to me as Betty to be short for Bettina, and asking my character if she has a book like Frisk found here. Well, if she does have a book like that, she probably doesn't know about it and thus hasn't read it. There are loads of books in Toriel's library in the game, but the only ones we know about it are the monster history book and the 72 snail facts. XD
