Took an entire orchestra to do what a 5-piece band can do.
@Tyler_Durden987Күн бұрын
That's really punching down at the arranger of this. BTBAM is amazing for writing music that can fit an orchestral interpretation. Not a lot of metal out there that sounds good in an orchestra.

Amazing. When you show the sheet music and have it performed by classical instruments, you can see how the complexity and sheer beauty rivals that of even The Man Land.

I love how sudden the kit come in at the drum solo, it makes me imagine Richardson just spontaneously appearing and absolutely killing it! Lol

This is awesome! Must have taken so much effort. Which sample libraries did you use here?
@AstralP0rk Жыл бұрын
Thank you for the kind words! Cinematic Studios for strings, piano, and woodwinds. Also JXL for all brass (except trumpets which were CSB), Metropolis Ark 1/4 for choirs, cineharpsichord/harps, Tina guo vol. 1, and Atelier sax for the solo. Percussion was Cineperc, JXL, GGD Invasion for the drumset, and various Met Arks. Finally, spitfire labs and a few other free libraries covered any missing bases I had. Edit: Added a few I forgot

Definitely the most challenging so far. The choruses (especially the one at 9 minutes) were probably the toughest part. Something about layering those chords was very tricky and took a lot of tries get right.
