I always felt like Gridania was just your typical fantasy forest city, but it really has some dark undertones. It's really a pretty scary place to live knowing at any time you might be wiped out by the whim of powerful beings that you can't understand or even communicate with. You just have to trust that these randomly mutated children know what's going on.

It's definitely the most terrifying of the starting cities. I'd place it second only to Il Mheg, which will have its own video shortly.
