As much as I know this video is a reload, I enjoy watching you and your family interact so much. I'm astounded at how you not only push them to face their fears, but also the courage it takes as a father to allow them into these somewhat dangerous situations. I always struggled as a dad to allow my children into places where I lacked control, and this is an encouragement to be okay with taking some of those risks. Facing our fears is one our biggest challenges in life, and to walk along side of our children in tackling these is so much bigger than I think a lot of people realize. They are going to be so much stronger as adults because of this. Way to go dad... and way to go kids...you guys are all an inspiration, in quite a big way. God bless.

I totally watched this with my sister & her kids on zoom! I thought it would be a fun & inspirational for them as I dream of getting them on the rivers with me! You guys have a beautiful & amazing family 😁

This is one of my new favorite videos on the internet. You capture the emotions and interpersonal dynamics -- among the kids and also parents -- so well. It is inspiring to both the paddler and father in me. I agree with everything Don said. One thing scarier than running a drop has to be encouraging your kid to run one, something your family does with grace. They demonstrate the risk but especially the reward. I got a lot out of this video. Thanks for sharing.

Great Video. Please consider submitting some of your films to the Waterwalker Film Festival here in Canada. It would be great to have kayak films dedicated to youth.
