Many times we live controlled by the structures, concepts, ideologies, even the patterns of third parties and we do not forge our personality, attitudes or activities, according to our criteria. It is so difficult to escape the paradigms and stigmas established by society, however, with your videos and tools, I have realized that it is better to live happy, calm and at peace with myself, doing and living as I like, than giving pleasure to others. Thank you for the support, for the support and the help that you offer from your channel, to improve the quality of life of your audience. Keep going.

Excellent video, excellent presentation. And he is very correct when you say that "We all have a paradigm of the world" since it is very certain, they control our way of operating ... Thanks for the video friend!

You definitely have a great point! It's not easy to realize the ideas that control your life, but it's important to do so to break destructive patterns of behavior.

Wow I never knew about this, and after searching I have found your channel. Not by accident. I guess this also explains why certain things change and others don't. Great Video, I have shared on Facebook. Thank you for making this clear, and good luck to all who work on these paradigm blindness issues. Namaste😀😀👍

Great explanation, I feel that what you say is true, because sometimes the ideas we have in our thoughts are what ultimately determine the way in which we will act

I was listening to your video and becoming excited to share it with my students as part of an assignment. I love your thoughts and explanations, very relevant and current. But then you said, "There are people who want to steal your s**t..." :-( Not judging, it is just that now I cannot share it with my middle schoolers. Do you have a video that you can recommend to me?

Hello Wende, I appreciate the feedback. Yes I've been trying to swear less but it is still in my vocabulary as I am used to using swear words to express strong feelings. Apologies on that, trying to remedy that for the future.

Paradigms allow us to have preferences. Making decisions is motivated by our paradigms. Hence, it's important to follow what fit our preferences.

How can you step out of all paradigms? It seems to me that is the only way to see reality for what it actually is. Any paradigm skews our perception of reality.

Education that we receive, which is according to our ruling economic system, to instill in us a concept or mindset which guide us, as reference for life.
@JeffreyMarr

We should still strive for our own paradigms. The system is designed to manage millions of people not to help a specific individual thrive. If you want that you have to form your own paradigms

I get it, victim role closed mind all those are killers, forgiveness that's what I think life is about. Sobriety I believe is the only way to discern the truth. I'making a conscience effort to stay this way I'm down to one vice, which I've vowed to stop as of last night, I hope I pray my paradigm changes I'm to old for the hassles with people in authority positions I really don't have a single prejudice I just hope they can relate to what I e been through not to cut me slack necessarily but to put old opinions and beliefs to rest . Empathy which I'm not asking for but it's something I learned half way t he rough life putting myself in their shoes. It helps, I never actually knew what true grief was until I lost the girl that I wanted to spend my life with, 45 yrs old tradgic, it really took three years out of the equation of life, now after loosing my home this past year, I am diagnost with PTSD. I did not know what it actually was til now, I liked it way better when I did not know what it really was. Nuff said..
