The answer is impossible. My situation is as same as you, 5feet 3inch. I used to collect the information from limb lengthning forum. In most cases, people can undertake ≤10centimeters. For the your lower leg, the acceptable extension is up to 5 cm. The thigh can have a little bit higher extension than 5. So 10cm, is a good improvement for you. If you lengthen your legs too much, this not only greatly hurt your health, but also you limbs look like very disproportionate.

Principally 5 inches are possible but you have to lengthen upper legs and lower legs. Just in one region will not look good. For example 3 inches in upper legs and 2 inches in lower legs. You have to go to gym and do exercises during the whole procedure but for the legs just dynamic exercises, no strength training in the legs until full bone healing. But you can exercise your upper body without limits.

INProcess.. for 5 cm of lengthening I wouldn’t worry about proportions. Nobody will notice anything. I have a friend who never did leg lengthening, but his legs are very long for his height, and he looks fine. Lengthening both bones is usually for people trying to lengthen more than 10 cm
