Thank you!! I had the priviledge of going to see Dr Talei a few months ago. He gave me excellent advice and I will be seeing Jenn H the NP in a few months for my consultation for my RF Profound treatment. He did not try to upsell me in the least bit quite the contrary. He advised me to not have other procedures other Dr's had recommended. He is top notch on every level :)

thanks! love how informative this is. wish i knew this when i got a ipl treatment years ago by an aesthetician. have olive skin & suffered skin damage. luckily went to korea to have a fat graft + fraxel co2 treatment for my hyperpigmentation. since then only trust drs or dermatologists with proper education. liked + subscribed! 😉

I'm really don't know what to think anymore. I'm currently on my 4th laser genesis treatment for my open large pores and I haven't noticed any changes other than being thousands of dollars poorer. I asked my technician about the risk of skin damage and fat loss, which some patients experienced and the only answer back was "no, this stimulates collagen". I've tried other treatments only to be extremely disappointed with all the great promised results. Another technician told me that later genesis will not fix my problem. I'm so confused but so desperate to find a solution. Retin a only irritates my skin

Can you speak about home devices like the Silkn’ Titan for example? I am a content creator and have been asked to provide a video for this device. I don’t want to hurt anyone by recommending it. Does the heat device go deep enough to make a difference and if so, will it cause negative effects?

Your the best 🙌🙌🙌! Now I’m a bit worried . I’m 39 and I already did 3 rounds of CO2 láser. In an interval of 1 years each. Two quite strong and one just medium . So I’m definitely gonna stop ✋. I thought doing a CO2 láser once a year was ok 👍. What are your thoughts 💭? Thanks 😊 again for teaching us such valuable information

Thank you for this informative video! I leave in Europe and was thinking to do a Tixel treatment on my face to target wrinkles around the eyes in the first place, especially close to the lash line. As I understand, Tixel is heating epidermis and not impacting dermis. The service provider is recommending to do 4 treatments with the break of 6 weeks in-between and then - every 6-8 month to maintain the results. I searched for the profound RF treatment in my area, but didn't find any so far. In this video you mentioned that multiple heat-treatments might cause fibrotic reaction of the skin. Would you know if Tixel can cause any damage to the skin long term and the fibrotic reaction? Would you recommend to do it? Thank you in advance!

I had microneedling 2mm and 1.5mm with PRF and five min red light therapy afterwards. I feel like it has significantly worsened my texture and possibly mild volume loss like you have described. Is this possible? I don’t feel she was overly aggressive (although deep) as my face didn’t experience obvious pin point bleeding and only mild-moderate redness

microneedling by itself or with energy?

@@marissano7893 I think the red light therapy immediately post a deep MC like that is not wise, and I dont know how many passes the person did but that is a big thing as well. Things can get better it just takes time. Dont go to these new estitichians who just go their license over the pandemic and and used a pandemic business loan to get into the industry. They dont know anything. Go to someone who has been practicing as an estitichian (not doing some other stuff on the side) and understands skin. They might not have a trendy instagram but they are 100x better. Dont go to someone who just uses machines like micro needling.
@marissano78932 жыл бұрын
@@justagirl7780 I agree. I went to a nurse practitioner with 20 years medical experience and she seemed very knowledgeable. She didn’t do very many passes, in fact skin was hardly red and the entire thing lasted about five min. The red light therapy was supposed to help with the inflammation but might have made things worse

Thank you so much Dr Talei! My biggest fear is that I’m going to spend all this money getting these treatments done only to find out that it damaged my skin. I had 4 rounds of Scarlet RF microneedling over the last 2 years and on my 4th session (just ~2 months ago) they did it extra strong and I noticed some laxity & extra wrinkling in my forehead skin. I imagine Ultherapy (though I don’t think it’s heat based) does similar damage… 😒

This happened to me as well from regular microneedling :(

@@marissano7893 Omg really??!! Just from regular microneedling without RF? Did you do it super strong? Think I saw in one of Dr Talei’s videos (maybe IG live?) that microneedling was actually safe and there wasn’t such concerns… I was actually planning on doing a few courses of regular microneedling this year to give the inner layers of my skin a break and work on texture. Would appreciate if you can share more details! 🙂
@marissano7893 Жыл бұрын
@@Csarah121 from what I can tell it basically scarred my whole face. I don’t know how else to describe the texture other than micro scarring, like little ice pick scars all over.
