I've been having issues with resetting the hub, the hub itself isn't connecting to my WiFi keeps saying has to be 2.4 gh which I already changed but still will not connect any suggestions?

Hello I just bought this lock. First great video I found with all details of the lock. My problem if you can help is that when I try to connect to pair it to the Bluetooth it keeps saying time out. The white hub is flashing red don’t know how to fix it. I did cal support was on hold for 40 minutes and was not able to speak with someone. If you have any suggestions please help!

Nope, currently they are both seperate for Apple Home.

Once in the app, click your Vision lock, click access, add an user if not already added, otherwise click an user already created, click fingerprint, click add fingerprint, following on screen instructions, super easy!

Thank you. They just released a new app (called Lockly Home, before it was just called Lockly) that I haven't tested. Recording are stored but only triggered when the doorbell is pressed, and 4 selectable unlocking methods. But there's no motion sensor.
