The thing about the left or right hand side might not be true, as far as I remember, at checkout you choose whether your door is left or right.

Still true. Only the Secure Plus model has a left fingerprint option. This video is one the Vision Elite, in which both the Vision & Vision Elite still does not have a left fingerprint option.

Buyer beware . especially if you are buying to use the advertised features with your family. 1. ONLY administrator account can access video and audio feeds. 2. Administrator account can ONLY be installed on 4 devices. So if you have a family of 5 the 5th person cant access the features you paid 500 dollars for. 3. The accounts that can be added for your family will not allow them to access the video and audio feed. unbelievable a lock that costs 500 dollars has such limited user management capabilities.

Thank you. That was a make or break deal for me. Why can't I have more than four? That's silly. I've had the schlage encode and no challenges. I like the all in one features of the lockly. I think I'll wait for version 2. The doorbell should ring in the house, and they need to do away with the hub. It's a handsome design and would marry my door happily.

Interesting point. I’m a single guy so this is not an issue for someone like me. And the price is high but who buys anything full price……. ever? It’s currently on Black Friday sale for only $299. I consider that a win.
