They are matte lipsticks, you're not supposed to rub your lips together. All matte liquid lipsticks do that when they dry up, it's normal, that's why you have to let them dry first before putting your lips on top of each other, lmao. It even happens to me with the real ones.

Karmela Sings you did not read my comment right. i never said they still stick when they're dry, i said they will be sticky when still drying up. after it dries up then it won't be sticky. no one should rub their lips together after just applying liquid lipstick cause when you do, you ruin it. i own some of the real kylie lip kits and they also stick when they're still wet and i rub my lips together. same happens to me with lime crime and colourpop.

To anyone wanting a GOOD inexpensive liquid lipstick, Wet & Wild’s catsuit collection is really good & the formula is my fav. Also, Colourpop generally has very good lipsticks as well. Both of the aforementioned companies are cruelty free, also. If you want something completely natural (not liquid lipstick, though) - then I recommend Burt’s Bees. Please nobody buy fakeup. Ever. Your health is way more important.
