Alex - why is apologizing a bad thing. do you not say sorry when you're wrong? at least she can swallow her pride and admit she was wrong. Kylie's kits were shit before people brought attention to it. the applicator was garbage, the tubes were half full and the formula wasn't good. She changed her formula and fixed all the customers said they didn't like and now yes it's better. so back off of Nikkie for being a mature adult and saying she is sorry.

If you use the lip liners and fill in your lips it is not streaky, it lasts way longer, and it's less drying. There's a reason she sells them as a bundle

Honestly, Nikki, they do know. The formula is almost identical if you compare ingredients. Ironically ColourPop has more lip conditioners in the formulas. I respect you forming your own opinion, but you should also know the facts. The lip pencils are TOTALLY identical to ColourPop ones and, yes, they are from the same lab (Spatz Labs).

the formula is not the same on the lips. do you know that georgio armani is made in the same labs as Loreal? does that makes loreal foundation the same as armani foundation just because they share most of the same ingredients? no...the concentration of ingredients is different. I actually really like kylie cosmetics especially there highlighters. I think there formula is really good and very pigmented. Some of her liquid lipsticks can be pretty drying for my lips personally, But some of them are ok so it really depends on your lips and which liquid lipstick you get. But like I said overall i really enjoy her products even tho I was skeptical at first, im glad i went ahead and tried it. ☺

The company that does Kylie lip kits is the sister company of colour pop but colour pop uses their own lab (they are an in home company), as far as we know they do not share labs. By the way colour pop has more ingredients than Kylie's, weird since hers are more expensive. Hope that helps anyone...

I have Love Bite, and I tried to the kiss test (by myself at home) and it didn't come off at all. I love the color, except I was expecting a dark purple, and it was more of a brown. Unless you are in a bright light, a lot of the colors look a little different, I still love it though. Two Faced has very similar products, so if you want to actually go to a Sephora and try it on & return if you don't like, you can..which you can't do with Kylies

The thing with her Metallics not having the bottle full is this: if she filled the bottle full, when you get the applicator inside, the product will flood out of the bottle. Have you ever read about Archimedes' principle? This is what I think about her bottles not being 'full', it's just to avoid that.

hello it's me having the right to choose high quality products and not financially support what I choose to is the point. Being responsible with my makeup purchases is the point. That's all. Like I said. Kylie doesn't register on my radar as a makeup manufacturer. Maybe when I learn more about the production and distribution of the product, that will change but until then, I'll hold off. I'm guessing you assumed it was a dig at Kylie. But it's not. It's all about making conscious decisions on what I put on my face.

I've seen reviews where I thought OK that's space for the applicator but others seemed very empty which definitely doesn't quantify the size of the applicator versus the volume of the product. Also considering pressure from shipping and packing. That's why I wanted her to look into it. Because I trust her honest reviews and opinion. I actually just purchased the profusion beauty 101 palette which is a 30 eyeshadow palette sold in the drugstore and row 2 of the eyeshadows is said to be an exact dupe of her shadows, I tried them today and they're buttery, ridiculously pigmented and seriously beautiful idk if they are for sure since I dont have her palette yet but I'd love to see how the two compare! that palette is $5 and i know the kyshadow palette is much more so it's just a curiosity thing but I think that'd be interesting :)

I think for lipstick swatching videos, it would be helpful to have a neutral-colored background (maybe a gray, which won't affect the color balance - so that we can get a more true sense of how the color looks) Since our eyes work like little cameras, all that bright magenta around can affect how we see the reds in the lipsticks!
