Now I'm picturing Joker, Blob and Juggernaut all playing cards. Excellent figure but considering what it took to get Blob's old BAF, I'll stick with that. Still a GREAT option for any collector lacking a little Blobiness in their lives.

I don't know how to say this but the word The Blob always gives me chills because the name reminds me of the 1958, 1972, and 1988 remake of the Blob films because to me, I feel we try to stop them all but can't because they are too powerful and can probably hurt us.

Great to see you back at it. This product is a 2nd generation for me. I have the BAF, and there isn't a significant amount of upgrade to constitute having two. However, that didn't stop me from being entertained with your review. Characters of the Blob's ilk are not considered for purchase because of their pose-ability, still Hasbro did a decent enough job to ensure they didn't create a statue. A personal wish of mine is the Diamond Marvel Select make a Blob, Toad and Unis to go with their Magneto.

It's great to get a new updated comic looking Blob figure from Hasbro but nah, I don't need him because he is not one if my favorite X-MEN villains so the only X-MEN villains that I would get are FA Sabertooth and 20th Anniversary Toad.

I would have accepted a repacked baf blob for sure. This one looks a whole lot better to me. Fisted, open hands and extra head are 👌. The price though… yeah, Hasbro was seeing how much they could get away with here.

I hate when reviewers say “They could’ve cheaped out on this or that but I’m glad they didn’t” as if putting the effort to make a good action figure is a choice and we should be grateful like nah that’s THEIR job to make figures with details that THEY shouldn’t cheap out in the first place we need to normalize this type of quality for almost all of their releases specially in this age of collecting. There’s no room for cheaping out anymore

I hear what you're saying, but when I say that (and I can't speak for other reviewers), it's because while I agree that they SHOULD be making it their job to give us their best, the reality is their only job is to make money for their company's shareholders. That said, I firmly believe that folks at Hasbro like Dwight or Dan truly love Marvel and what they do, but they do have limitations put on them by Corporate, so when we get something more than bare minimum (especially in a time of rising prices and decreasing accessories) I really feel it's worth celebrating.
